Where the Valley Breathes

Inspired by the Franschhoek Valley, I painted these mountains in soft sage, warm sand and gentle stone greys, leaving an open sky for the landscape to breathe. Delicate branches and proteas frame the folds of the valley, bringing together the strength of the mountains and the tenderness of small growing things. My wish is for you to feel that same space within yourself—a moment to slow down and simply be.
