“Veil of Intimacy”

In Veil of Intimacy, artist Tanja Lategan delicately captures the essence of femininity through the  graceful portrayal of a woman’s back, her nude form both vulnerable and powerful. Using a harmonious blend of watercolour, pen, and ink, Lategan emphasizes the softness of the human figure with gentle washes of colour, while intricate ink lines bring focus to the fine details of the draped cloth held under the woman’s buttocks.
